Zippermast at the job fair of the German Armed Forces' Career Development Service

On October 28, 2025, Zippermast participated in the job fair organized by the Career Development Service (BFD) of the German Armed Forces for retiring soldiers in Bad Reichenhall. A "home game" that we gladly used to present ourselves as a regional employer in the security and defense industry sector.

Together with our valued partner Matthias Groher from the Institute for New Mobility and his colleagues Ursula Kloe from JU-KNOW and Alexander Nieland, we also presented the new network matchpoint – Perspectives for Soldiers, Potential for Companies. This network aims to connect small and medium-sized enterprises with soldiers who wish to work in industry. Driven by their own experience as former soldiers, Matthias Groher and Alexander Nieland are particularly committed to facilitating the transition of those leaving the service into a new field of work.

We thank the BFD for the excellent platform that facilitated many interesting conversations with members of the German Armed Forces. Our doors are always open to soldiers who want to experience the "industry" and pursue a career change.
