THE ZIPPERMAST AS A BRIDGE
As a bridge between the vehicle and the payload, the ZIPPERMAST forms the mechanical, electronic, and software interface. It provides the power supply and data connection and ensures seamless integration into command and control systems.
Many sensors are position-dependent : supplemented by a pan-tilt head adapted to the payload and our patented self-levelling unit, the mast system offers a solution for every position.
Thanks to our energy supply solutions, the mast system can be used remotely for days without a cable connection .
THE ZIPPERMAST AS A FACILITATOR OF MODULARITY AND INTEROPERABILITY
Our mast system makes sensors and effectors interoperable. Its generic interfaces and special adapter plates, as well as our multi-sensor platform, enable quick and tool-free swapping. This ensures that users are not overloaded, even in stressful situations.
Due to the rapid pace of their development and shorter life cycles, sensors and effectors are increasingly becoming "disposable items". We are creating the conditions for new products ("off the shelf") to be integrated with as little effort as possible. In this way, we promote sustainability.

Our smart mast system takes on tasks that people cannot or do not want to do.
Integrated on unmanned platforms, the ZIPPERMAST is the ideal addition for autonomous operations where heights or obstacles must be overcome vertically (also downwards) or horizontally.
With its low signature, the ZIPPERMAST system can operate covertly and limit data transmission to on-demand.
