A new approach to mast solutions

Zippermast is setting new standards in terms of masts as carriers of sensors and effectors, as subsystems and communication hubs for mobile applications under adverse conditions.

Whenever the application needs to be flexible and mobile, or there is little installation space available, Zippermast will offer the right solution as a system integrator.

We are an agile and innovative company guided by a family-spirit and located in the south of Bavaria. We are characterised by creativity and a hands-on mentality. We do not accept ‘no’ as an answer. We see our mission as providing system solutions for applications in the fields of defence, security and critical infrastructure.

ZIPPERMAST

The efficiency and functionality of sensors and effectors is dependent on a support system that extends their one-dimensional position.

That is why Zippermast has dedicated itself to developing a unique, compact and mobile mast system that offers more than conventional telescopic masts. The ZIPPERMAST can be used both as a stand-alone system and in combination with vehicles and other platforms: in difficult terrain and under adverse conditions.

As a ‘smart sensor hub’, it offers support for digitalisation and automation.

Only with holistic systems and solutions can we, as small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), generate appropriate attention and awareness in planning and procurement in order to ultimately provide optimum support for end users.

DUAL USE

Even though we have focussed on the special features of military applications during development and design, the ZIPPERMAST also makes a contribution in the civilian sector.

Our systems are already being used to monitor critical infrastructure, particularly in the energy supply sector.

We are developing robust camera housings for surveillance in the police sector in order to make commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) solutions usable.
