Student holiday job at Zippermast: More than just earning money

This summer, we welcomed two dedicated students, Lara and Bruno, to our team at Zippermast. For both of them, the summer job wasn't just a way to supplement their pocket money—we also wanted to give them a real insight into our working world.
Responsibility from the start
It was important to us that the summer job offered more than just simple, menial tasks. Therefore, both of them immediately took on responsible roles – both in technical areas and in marketing. This allowed them to gain practical experience, contribute their own ideas, and experience how diverse processes within the company interact.
A look behind the scenes
Whether working on technical tasks related to our mast systems or creating articles for public relations, they got a taste of real company life. Lara and Bruno not only learned about our products, but also what it means to work in a team, implement tasks, and understand processes.
A win-win situation
We at Zippermast are delighted with the commitment and curiosity with which they both took on their roles. It was a valuable opportunity for us to show young people in a hands-on way how exciting and diverse working in an innovative company can be.
