European Defence Fund (EDF): OPERANT project proposal approved

Bad Reichenhall, May 2024 - We are pleased and proud that our proposal for a research project within the framework of the European Defence Fund, submitted last November together with our partners Fraunhofer Institute for High-Speed Dynamics, Ernst-Mach-Institut (EMI) , T-Minus Engineering , Unmanned Teknologies Applications SL (UTEK) , Microflown AVISA and TECHNIKON GmbH, has now been approved: rOcket deployed deep Reconnaissance and Transmission system (OPERANT).

The project aims to develop how a mast-based, modular sensor system can be delivered by missile deep into enemy territory and help promote #digitalization and #automation in the “last mile” of the battlefield.
